Daily Cut Off Times, Eastern
If shipping time is critical and it’s getting close to the cut off time, please call us!
Both Ground and Overnight deliveries are both cut off at noon Eastern.
UPS Does Not Guarantee Most Delivery Times
All packages are shipped via UPS. Effective March 26, 2020, UPS suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.
Effective April 5, 2021 the UPS Service Guarantee was reinstated only for the following services:
- UPS Next Day Air Early
- UPS Next Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air Saver
Signatures
We can waive signatures in certain circumstances, but please call us!
Any order totaling over $400 before shipping charges will require a signature upon delivery. Please keep this in mind if you will not be home during the day. You may choose an alternate shipping address. Thanks!
